Rhett Bennett
CEO | Co-Founder
Rhett leads ReSeed's strategic direction and daily operations. He most recently served as Co-Managing Partner at Minot Capital, LP, where he led real estate investing. Previously, Rhett was President and Director of Research at Stillwater, a long-short hedge fund, and Chief Investment Officer at Arlington Family Offices. Rhett received a Bachelor of Arts from Brown University with a double major in Business Economics and History.
David Bergeron
President | Co-Founder
David leads ReSeed's fundraising efforts, mentorship network development, and innovation across the firm. He most recently served as President & Managing Partner at T3 Advisors, where he led the firm's strategic and tactical operations. As of June 2021, David successfully sold T3 to a large, publicly traded real estate company, Savills Inc. Previously, David played middle linebacker professionally for the Eagles, Titans, and Panthers. David received a Bachelor of Arts from Stanford University with a major in Public Policy.
Moses Kagan
Partner Track Lead | Co-Founder
Moses leads operator mentorship and development at ReSeed. He is co-founder and partner at Adaptive Realty, a boot-strapped multifamily development and property management firm in Los Angeles with >$200MM AUM. Moses has >100k followers on Real Estate Twitter and is co-founder of Re-convene, an “un-conference” for early-to-mid career operators and their investors in its third year of operation. Moses graduated magna cum laude from Princeton University and earned his M.A. from the London School of Economics.
Laura Krannich
Director of Strategy and Ops | Co-Founder
Laura leads strategy and operations for ReSeed. She was most recently part of the investment team at Minot Capital, LP, where she focused on real estate and private markets in addition to leading risk management and analytics for the firm. Previously, Laura was a Strategy Consultant at ZS Associates, where she managed global strategic initiatives in the healthtech practice. Laura graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science from Rice University with a distinction in research.
Doug McCrary
CFO | Co-Founder
Doug manages the financial affairs of ReSeed, working closely with the CEO to establish the strategic direction of the firm and implement the investment process. He most recently served as Managing Director at Harbert Management Corp., where he was responsible for investment origination and management of private equity funds dedicated to real assets. Previously, Doug was a Vice President in Goldman Sachs’ investment banking division and a Consultant in Accenture’s financial services practice. Doug graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Science and Economics from Vanderbilt University and earned an M.B.A. from Columbia University, where he was a recipient of the Feldberg Fellowship.
