We’re recruiting for ReSeed’s Cohort Three of real estate operating partners.

ReSeed’s Cohort Program
Partner with ReSeed to accelerate your multifamily or industrial real estate GP business. ReSeed’s Cohort Program is an ongoing partnership that provides operating capital, investment capital, services, and mentorship, so you can focus full time on building and scaling your operating business. Over the past two years, we have invested in 13 operating partners and deployed over $100 million of equity.
Who we’re looking for:
We’re looking for talented, mid-career operators with deep local knowledge, execution experience, and a clear, proven investment thesis for your market.
You are ambitious but disciplined, committed to building a sustainable business with integrity, patience, and continuous improvement.
We are not interested in short-term, transaction-driven operators. We are looking for long-term real estate investors with a fiduciary mindset who prioritize quality and durable cash flow.
Minimum requirements:
5-15 years of real estate investing, debt brokerage, asset or property management experience
Track record of executing multiple transactions independently or in a primary role
Extensive underwriting experience and strong proficiency in Excel
Ability to source $5-20 million multifamily or industrial transactions in your market
Launch Week
You’ll begin with an in-person week in Boulder, CO designed to immerse you in “The ReSeed Way” and set the foundation for long-term success. Through working sessions, asset tours, and shared dinners and activities, you’ll refine your sourcing strategy, strengthen your investment thesis, and build relationships with your fellow cohort members and the ReSeed team.
You’ll learn renovation and design best practices, sharpen your operating playbook, and hear from accomplished founders and industry leaders. You’ll also present your thesis to ReSeed’s investors at Investor Day, leaving Boulder with a clear strategy, a supportive peer network, and the tools to begin building your real estate portfolio.

After Launch Week, you’ll return home while maintaining a close connection with ReSeed. Throughout your first year, ReSeed provides capital to support your operating business, bi-weekly mentorship calls, and bi-monthly cohort sessions where operators share wins, challenges, and insights from outside experts.
ReSeed works closely with you on your first few transactions, joining you in-market, underwriting opportunities together, and helping you establish the systems, structure, and relationships needed to scale. Our goal is to help each cohort complete meaningful transactions in year one while building a durable foundation for long-term growth.
As your business matures, you’ll continue to have access to ReSeed’s investor network for GP co-invest and LP capital, as well as ongoing mentorship and community support across the lifetime of the partnership.
